5 Day Journey to Improve your Mental Health

£5.00

Description

The importance of our mental health cannot be overstated, as it affects every aspect of our lives. However, we often neglect our mental health in favour of other priorities, waiting until we are burned out, isolated, or struggling with sickness before we take action.

Being a caring professional can be incredibly rewarding, but it can also be stressful and demanding. Mindfulness, focusing on the present moment without judgment, can be a powerful tool for carers.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, which makes it an excellent time to prioritise your mental health for five-days. Each day focuses on a different aspect of mental health and includes a simple exercise to help you put it into practice so that you can improve your emotional well-being in less than 15 minutes a day.

Need more time?

We recognise that sometimes groups need more time for discussions and group work. This can mean that a two-hour session is just not long enough to explore the curriculum and engage in question and answer sessions. So we are you offering the opportunity to extend the session by an hour to allow your trainees the chance to explore the curriculum fully!

Zoom Training

These sessions can be accessed from a phone or laptop.

They are nothing like e-learning! The training is live and interactive. Participants can ask and answer questions just as they would in face-to-face training.
