Training is our vehicle for positive change, as we empower social care workers and carers with the knowledge and techniques needed to move young people beyond the effects of childhood trauma.
As a Social Enterprise we reinvest the money we make back into improving the life chances of the most vulnerable in our society, because for us success is more about the positive impact we make than a traditional measure of “profit”.
We know that our training has a positive ripple effect through society. The therapeutic techniques we impart to Foster Carers impacts the lives of the thousands of children they care for.
We are also committed to giving a voice to our service users, so we have included their unique insights on video as part of our training programmes.
